Our definition of a beach trailer

Beach Trailer is not a technical term….for our purposes a beach trailer is a mobile home (not an RV or a camper) that is located on a leased lot.  It is not deeded with a piece of land.  It is PERSONAL PROPERTY.   For this site, a beach trailer is located within walking distance of the beach or has access to coastal waters from within the park.  Administrators of the site will use their discretion to label a trailer as a “beach trailer” before putting the listing online.
