This bay front peaceful home is located in Atlantic Beach on Old Causeway Rd, away from the high traffic but within walking distance of all that AB has to offer. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a new queen bed and the other has a futon. Since 2019 there’s been new HVAC, vinyl siding, windows, stairs to the rooftop, plumbing, outdoor shower and vinyl flooring installed. The views from the rooftop are spectacular!! You’ll have a 360 view of July 4th fireworks from several cities & towns. Our community has 14 lots of really great people. There’s a community deck with a fishing station and chairs. I’m getting married and moving so we’re selling my little piece of heaven.
