This is a 2017 Coleman camper with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for sale. It will sleep 4 but you can put a small air mattress down to sleep an extra 1 or 2 people. A TV in the living room and bedroom.  Hot water heater upgraded so it will run off of gas or electricity. There is a wired storage barn on the lot with lots of room, and an overhang, and it also has a small refrigerator inside of it. Patio table and chairs will be left with the camper. Golf cart is included in the price. Lot rent is paid through March of 2026.
