Great location! This trailer is on the Pine Knoll Shores side of Atlantic Beach, with several nearby amenities like the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium, Atlantic Beach Town Park (with skate ramps and a splash pad), shopping, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, laser tag, and a movie theatre. The beach is within walking distance as is the sound-side boat ramp and day dock/fishing pier offered by the park. There’s parking space for a golf cart and 2-3 vehicles, and boat storage is allowed either in one’s own yard or in the short-term boat storage area in the middle of the park. On one side, the trailer has a large grilling deck and on the back has a large screened-in porch. The floorplan is open with split bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The trailer comes fully furnished, has a washer and dryer, and has central heat/air. In addition, the yearly lot rent is paid until January 2025.
