This is a 32 foot Coachman 323BHDSCK 2021.  Plenty of room for a couples get away, or bring the whole family.  I have made some improvements to the camper, which include the following.  I replaced the uncomfortable loveseat and dinette table and replaced it with a 12 sectional couch.  Very comfortable to sit and/or sleep on.  I replaced the standard rv refrigerator, which never quite kept food cold enough, with a regular refrig that runs completely off electric.  Made some improvements to the bathroom.  Outside, a brand new 8′ x 8′ storage shed to store most everything you don’t want in the trailer.  I am had a deck roof that will cover 14′ x 12′ of the deck.  It provides the necessary shade and make sitting on your porch very comfortable and relaxing.  It also has an outdoor kitchen.  The bunk house has 4 different places where kids can sleep.  I actually use it as a study/office.  The camper is ready to move in.

The RV is located at Osprey Landing RV Resort which is located on 120 VFW Road in Cedar Point.  It is a charming and quaint newer RV resort with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.  The only reason I am moving is to be closer to my kids, who all live in Charlotte.

The annual lease has been paid through May 2026… 11 more months FREE!
