2015 Stone Harbor Park model includes a loft and a half. Great location close to the pool but you do not have to walk unless you want to because your park model has everything you need to include a golf cart with newer batteries.  Fully furnished with everything you need. A large covered deck and a fan for those hot days. Speaking of hot days the split unit ac was installed in 2023 and works like a charm. Large shed and wonderful neighbors make this shaded lot ideal. Waterway offers everything you would want for your retreat. You can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or the live entertainment that we have almost every weekend in the summer. There is no lack of entertainment for all ages. Adult pool party, children’s pool party with a Dj and if you have children in the park we all do. Great place to make new friends and join in the fun.
