The unit has a downstairs bedroom and features a loft for sleeping, reading nook, or storage.  The kitchen features a full size gas stove, house type refrigerator, as well as storage space, the living room has a gas fireplace .The back deck allows a view to all the beauty that the ocean has to offer. 

Campground is open year round, there is a dumpster for trash, coin operated laundry room, grass cutting equipment, and a bath house. No golf carts are allowed in this area. Water and sewage are included in the lot rent as well as cable for one television, your light meter will be read once a month and mailed directly you. Pets are allowed and must be kept on a leash and cleaned up behind.

This property cannot be used as rental property.

The current lot rent is $7500 and is paid half in January and half in July, it is paid up until 7-1-2025. There is a transfer fee of $2500.
