We are selling our 2016 Trail Runner by Heartland RV located in the highly desirable White Oak Shores RV Resort in Stella, NC on Lot U-21. The resort is surrounded by the tranquil waters of the White Oak River and set among the most peaceful coastal marshes in the area.

The bunkroom has a set of twin bunks with house size twin mattresses as well as a twin size pulldown bunk with 3 bunkie pads. There is an extra refrigerator and extra cabinets in the bunkroom. The full sized covered porch has plenty of seating for meals and/or relaxing with family and friends! The lot is big enough to park your vehicles and your boat!

White Oak Shores provides many amenities that include an onsite store/office, a laundry room, public shower facilities, and community club house. The park provides activities throughout the year including live bands, DJ’s, kids events, yard sales, craft shows, movie nights, cornhole, and so much more!. The Resort has a beautiful pool with slide, volleyball court, playground area, and grilling area. There is a natural boat ramp and 2 boat docks with slips.

We are selling the camper furnished with some personal exceptions. Lease is paid up until 4/2025.
