For the past year, I have lived part time in this RV while working a remote job. I have used it during all four seasons, including an uncommon snow storm, and have been comfortable through them all.

This camper is currently parked in Whispering Pines Campground (link below) and is outfitted for long term stay which includes gray/black tanks piped with PVC to septic, water, and electric hookups. The unit is also skirted, with an access door at rear, for under camper storage and hurricane strapped. It sits in a quiet and peaceful wooded part of the campground (Space #89) (see map). To qualify for a long term space, owners must show proof of permanent residence, and can only occupy their unit a total of six months per year (combined).

The annual lot fee is paid through March 2026, and is transferable with sale. Campground has a pool, community event room, playground, dog park, pond, showers, a laundry room, and access to a community dock with access to Bogue Sound and Emerald Isle.
