2015 Coachmen Apex 30ft 5th wheel camper on permanent foundation with stained wooden underpinning and 8×18 deck. 8×8 outbuilding with full size refrigerator/freezer and lights/power. Golf cart parking pad and great running 2016 Club Car 48 volt with one year old batteries and charger included. White Oak River View from deck. The camper has a torn awning but we didn’t replace it because it didn’t bother us as we never used the awning and always enjoyed the sun on the deck but the awning does work properly and the tear is about one foot long. Does have a SALVAGE title. There are no leaks or problems whatsoever with the camper. We do not know why the title is salvaged and the previous owners did not know and we have not been able to identify any issues as to why it is that way. Has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Sleeps 8. New Queen mattress in master bedroom. Storage everywhere. Has cold A/C. Gas heat and stove. We never smoked or had pets in camper (only kids). 2 flat screen tvs. Cable is included with lot rent along with lawn maintenance, water/sewer, pool membership, boat ramp access and trash disposal is also on site. General store/Tackle shop at entrance of community along with gate which is accessible through code or keycard to enter the park. Great fishing, shrimping and crabbing on the white oak river and plenty of gator sightings. Concerts at the amphitheater or pool every weekend throughout the summer inside the gated community. 15 minutes to Emerald Isle or Swansboro by car or by boat! Awesome deal on this camper.
