• Double loft Park Model in a small, gated RV Park.    The unit is steps from the park’s beach access.     The park is in Indian Beach and directly across from the Water Sports Rental with water views.   The deck is large with an awning for shade.   The loft area has a queen size bed on one side, the other side currently has two fold out chairs for the grands.   There is enough room for a queen mattress if that is your preference.     There is a queen size pullout couch in the living room and a queen in the master bedroom.   The unit has one bathroom with a shower.

In the living room is an electric fireplace to take the chill out of cool days.  There is also a wine fridge and plenty of cabinets for storage.

Also included are dishes, silverware, pots and pans etc…    There is a coffee maker and a Ninja Grill.   It really is turnkey!

The heat pump/air is three years old and the air in the loft is a year old.

This unit has been much loved and very well maintained.
