Inside is spacious with a sectional sofa for comfortable seating.  The kitchen has a large refrigerator with lots of storage.  The island offers extra counter space.  The bathroom has been upgraded to include a regular vanity, toilet and linen closet.  All of the floors are made of bamboo.

Park rules:  no dogs, no full-time living.  Residents can stay up to 21 days per month year round.  No golf carts.  Garbage, water and cable are included in lot rent.
