2012 Flagstaff 34′ Long with two slideouts and two entry doors.  Nice cozy well maintained camper that sleeps up to six. Located in a GATED community with lots of amenities to fit your needs. It has a 10 x 40 foot deck with top.  The deck, top, small storage cabinet on deck and camper are all strapped and secured to meet county requirements.

Inside, the kitchen has a three burner gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, double stainless steel sink and features a bar with two stools.  The dining table seats four and has an extension pull-out for six, four chairs come with the table.

The Den area has two rocker recliners with table, a pull-out sofa (Queen size), TV, overhead cabinets on both sides of the Den for storage.

Full Bathroom with sink, commode, corner Shower and ample storage.

Primary bedroom with Queen Bed and under bed storage.  Wardrobe with five drawers and closet.  Also has a TV.

A cool A/C with overhead duct vents and heated with a propane gas Furnace with duct vents in the floor.  Both A/C and Furnace are controlled with a wall Thermostat.

The sound is in walking distance and has a new Pier for fishing or sightseeing. The Pier was built by the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2024 and is really nice. The Beach is just minutes away by Vehicle.

There are storage lots for Boats within the Campgrounds.  (see campground staff for details)

It’s really a quiet nice place to enjoy Beach life, convenient to eateries and lots of shopping stores.  The Campground has two swimming pools to relax on hot days, a bathhouse, small store, rec room, washers and dryers, a nice size pavilion shelter for eating and parties etc., and a playground for the kids.  Golf carts are allowed (see campground staff for details).  The grounds are maintained well and the streets are paved.  Water, sewer, basic cable TV, internet/wifi are all included in lot rent.
