You will receive an email to make a password from “wordpress@beachtrailers.com”. Follow that link to make the password and then log in. Once you have a buyer account, when you enter search parameters, you can save that search. Your saved searches will be under the saved searches heading BUYERS on the top menu bar. You can adjust your email alerts for each search on the saved searches page.

What is a beach trailer?

For the purposes of this site, a beach trailer is a mobile home, park model, or RV that is located on a LEASED lot within walking distance of the beach or some water source that is coastal.  It is important to note, beach trailers are NOT real estate.  They do not come with land, real property can be located on many different sites and services-this service is for those properties that pay lot rent.  They are technically vehicles, not real estate.  We hope you share this site with others so it can grow and become the “go to” when searching for beach trailers.
