For the purposes of this site, a beach trailer is a mobile home or RV  that is located on a LEASED lot within walking distance of the beach or some water source that is coastal.  It is important to note, beach trailers are NOT real estate.  They do not come with land, real property can be located on many different sites and services-this service is for those properties that pay lot rent.  They are technically vehicles, not real estate.  We hope you share this site with others so it can grow and become the “go to” when searching for beach trailers.
