Fall at the beach can’t be beat and this 1995 fully furnished Terry travel trailer with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom could be yours to enjoy. Located 300ft from the beach access in Oceanfront Court, all you need is your suitcase. All indoor and outdoor furnishings convey other than a few personal items and bar stools. Outdoor shower and deck with canopy, patio furniture, charcoal grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, and storage shed as well. Laminate plank flooring throughout, queen master, futon, and twin over full bunk beds in second bedroom with new mattresses. Stove is propane but it is not hooked up because we don’t use it. Countertop ice maker, air fryer, microwave, and a crock pot are also included with purchase as well as basic housewares. New AC in 2024, deck and house have been pressure washed and the roof was re-sealed this summer as well. Parking for 2 cars. Only a 2 minute walk from the park’s private beach access on the ocean side of Oceanfront Court. Buyer must complete an application with the park and be approved prior to purchase. Full time living or rentals are not allowed. Water and sewer are included in lot rent with trash disposal on site. Push mowers available for use as well to maintain your lot. Cable and internet are not included but available through Spectrum. 

Lot rent ($6050 annually) paid through June 1, 2026. No pets or golf carts allowed but you have private beach access with showers and also have access to the park’s pier and boat ramp on the sound side. Covered picnic areas and swings available as well. Serious inquiries only.
